- Duck and Orange Pate with Melba toast

MAINS: (Choose 1)
- Supreme Chicken Breast with Dauphinois Potato Fondant, Sautéed Green Beans, Bacon Lardons & Garlic Cream Sauce
- Roasted Sumaccauliflower Steak with chimichurri sauce, red pepper olive salsa and roasted Mediterranean veg (Veg/ vegan)
