If you are unable to lie on a yoga mat. We have a small number of zero gravity recliner chairs for those who are unable to lie on the floor comfortably. Please contact me before booking to check recliner availability.
We would like to say, 1 to 1 Reiki is optional. Your comfort is extremely important to us and therefore there is no obligation to receive 1 to 1 reiki if you do not wish to.
