About the event

Ryde Frolic
Ryde Overly Friendly Frolic
Sunday 29th June.
Hi to all you lovely runners out there. I'm going to be running the Thames Path 100k Ultra in September and am trying to raise some funds for the MNDa - Motor Neurone Disease Association.

The Ryde Frolic is a friendly, sociable fundraising running event raising money for MNDa.
There is no set fee, we just kindly ask you for a donation.

We have 5 mapped out routes for you to choose from.
You can run one or as many as you like.
Note that if you run the 1st 4 routes – it will add up to just OVER a marathon distance (tempting eh?)
The 5th route is a mad mental challenge of a marathon which would be 44 laps of the Canoe Lake

There will be 3 spot prizes of a Breakfast at Appley Beach Café who have very kindly allowed us the use of their seating area and have donated the breakfasts free.

Bring your family and spend some time on the beach afterwards
Kids are welcome to join in but will have to be supervised by an adult / parent
A perfect opportunity to get together with your running friends for a run and a chat and enjoy the beautiful scenery along Ryde Seafront and surrounding areas.

Hope to see lots of friendly runners on the day.
Sunday 29th June.
Registration from 9 - start running at 9.30
