• Quizmass - exercise your mental wellbeing with our evening's quiz
• The Road from Karachi - hear about how a recipe book is providing clean water in Kenya. Recipe book and other products for sale, which will make great Christmas presents.
• Kenyan flavours - discover some Kenyan recipes
• Raffle
