Maggie's Southampton Spinnaker Tower Abseil 2025

Abseil 100 metres down Portsmouth's iconic landmark, the Spinnaker Tower, and raise money to support people affected by cancer. You will enjoy fabulous views across the harbour, experience a huge adrenaline rush, and be doing something for an excellent cause.

What you need to know:

A team of experts will be on hand to ‘show you the ropes’ and help you get down safely. The abseil is open to everyone, no previous experience necessary (over 14 years only, weight limit of 18 stone, unfortunately you cannot take part in the abseil if you are pregnant). You will be given a Maggie's t-shirt to wear on the day if you wish.

Registration details and timings:

After you have registered, you will be asked to pick your arrival time from those available. Your arrival time will be 15 minutes before the allotted booking time.

The whole abseil experience will take 1-1.5hours from your arrival time.
