Knife Self-Defence – Free Workshop

Join us for a free, practical knife self-defence workshop designed to teach essential skills for awareness, avoidance, and personal safety.

Whether you’re completely new to self-defence or looking to refresh your skills, our experienced coach Laura Keane will guide you through realistic techniques in a safe, controlled environment.

What to expect:

Learn how to recognise and avoid dangerous situations
Practical, easy-to-remember defensive moves
Confidence-building drills for real-world scenarios
