Family Fun Day at Fort Purbrook

Bring your family and friends along to our annual community day out at Fort Purbrook.

This is the chance to experience many of our activities . .
(how about laser tag in the moat . . pony rides. . archery in the range. . assault course. . bouldering?)
or if the mood takes you, just pull up a hay bale and soak up the atmosphere - we like to think, there's plenty for everyone!

Plus, community stalls, face painting, soft play for the under 5's, fete games too.

Back by popular demand, we have entertainment from the Ready to Rock School; Victory Dog Agility, Fort Widley Saddle Club.

This year we welcome to our Fort community Herigeas Hundas who will bring their encampment of amazing Saxon reenactors, and Sax in the City music.

Don't miss the opportunity to sample the heritage of this Victorian Fort with a guided mini tour of the tunnels.

There will be a range of delicious food and drink on offer from Crescent Spoon; Piza at the Park; Island Dreams Ice Cream; Fort Purbrook Cafe in the Courtyard for hot drinks.
