Dive Deeper – The archers of the Mary Rose and how to make a Tudor Arrow

Join us for an experience perfect for archers, archery fans and history lovers alike!

We invite you to come along for a unique talk experience at the Mary Rose Museum which explores the archers of the Mary Rose, archery in Tudor times, and how to make a Tudor arrow.

Delve into the world of Tudor archery and the archers of the Mary Rose with a 45 minute interactive talk, with plenty of time for questions and answers. Uncover how the Tudors assembled their arrows with a step-by-step demonstration, and enjoy the chance to handle real and replica items from the Mary Rose’s collection.

Tickets are limited – please book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Tea and Coffee included.

Tickets cost £30, add a guided tour to your visit, available to purchase for £15. Tour will take place after the talks and will last 90 minutes.

Please note: the price of this event covers entry into the talk only, you will need a valid Mary Rose ticket to visit the rest of the museum.
