Join this outdoor Mindful Experience of reflection, gentle beach wander, breathwork and selfcare, followed by a Sauna experience including various sauna rituals.

Please bring bottled water, swimsuit and towel, as well as warm layers.

Healthy Snack and hot drinks are provided.
