- **Event Description**: We’re all about dips not distance- whether you want to have a paddle, a wee splash about, some made up synchronised swimming or have a proper swim round, you’re very welcome. 
We can't promise crystal clear seas or beautiful weather but we can guarantee a warm welcome, sunny smiles and probable a post swim glow. 
There may even be cake!

Join us for a morning dip and a blether on the first Friday of the month at 9.30am. 

You can swim in whatever you feel most comfortable, swimwear, t-shirt and leggings, wetsuit etc. Neoprene gloves and socks are great for keeping extremities warm and a hat, either a swim hat or woolly one will help keep you cosy.  Remember your towel or change robe. Lots of easy to pull on, cosy layers, gloves, warm hat, windproof are good for afterwards. 
An old towel or mat is good to stand on.
Don't forget a warm drink too.
Some folk like to use a hot water bottle to wrap towel/clothes in so they're extra cosy!
