Yoga in the Outfield

Start your morning with Yoga in the outfield on Saturday, June 21st at 9:00 AM!

The Portland Sea Dogs are teaming up with Ashley Flowers Yoga for a playful, all-levels class held right on the field at Delta Dental Park! To help protect the nicest grass in Portland (and maybe sneak in a little earthing), yoga mats aren’t allowed—bring a towel, a blanket, or just enjoy the grass beneath your toes. This special 45-minute class is part of the Sea Dogs’ Strike Out Cancer initiative, supporting the Maine Children’s Cancer Program (MCCP). So you’re not just stretching—you’re making a difference. A portion of all tickets sold will go to MCCP.

Whether you're a dedicated yogi, a Sea Dogs fan, or just love a good cause, this one-of-a-kind class is sure to be a home run. First downward dog at 9:00 AM!
