Yoga for Healing & Access at Toad&Co

Join us for an all-levels, beginner-friendly yoga class (ages 12+) at Toad&Co, where you’ll practice for a great cause! In July and August, we’re partnering with Sea Change Yoga to support their mission of bringing trauma-informed yoga and meditation to underserved communities, including those in correctional facilities, recovery centers, and transitional programs.

🧘‍♀️ Your $15 donation goes directly to Sea Change Yoga, helping make yoga accessible to those who need it most.
🧘‍♀️ Bring-your-own-props if you have them (mats are available for purchase at Toad&Co). We’ll also have extra mats for folks to borrow.
🧘‍♀️ Drop-ins are welcome, but space is limited—secure your spot by registering below!
🧘‍♀️ After class, enjoy coffee, snacks, and an exclusive 30% discount on Toad&Co products, available only for attendees.
