The Future of Bridge Space: Town Hall Meeting

Join us to be part of an evolving community-managed event space and save Bridgespace from being swallowed by corporate developers
So much has happened since our last Town Hall!
In the last month, we've launched a coworking membership pilot program that has bridged wellness and tech, started an incubator for healing arts practitioners, and hosted milestone events with our partner communities.
There are plenty of ways to get involved, from the macro to the micro, and you’re invited to collaborate with us in the spirit of a “do-ocracy!” Our goals for this next town hall are to:
~ Share the progress of the coworking pilot program and solicit input to scale and make the program as accessible and useful as possible
~ Share an evolving mission statement and events criteria for feedback
~ Share the current progress of a proposal for long term equity building and options for ownership and management for strategic input
SCHEDULE
3:00–3:30 PM – Transition from dance and potluck
Eat together. Set the tone. Chairs out, circle up
3:30–4:00 PM – Getting oriented and mission statement
Catch up on the last month
Overview of what’s in progress, open threads and anticipated next steps
Sharing draft of mission statement for group feedback
4:00–4:30 PM – Ownership and equity
Current proposals on the table
Open floor for feedback and additional ideas
4:30–5:00 PM – Coworking pilot
Membership roll out
Healing arts incubator
Volunteer opportunities
5:00–5:30 PM - Option to tour the nearby Factor Building for folks interested in local office space and/or collaborating on an economic development plan for the SE Warehouse District
