Due to their stubbornly DIY mentality, The Doubt saved every penny from live gigs for five years to fund their April 1st, 2024 debut release it’s All a Joke. Drummer Kaleb Shields, bassist Troy Ramsey, and singer/guitarist Brendon Roy Mount tracked the base of the album live in a single day at Jackpot Studios in Portland Oregon to echo the raw energy and precise feel of their live shows. The Doubt is known around Portland for their unpredictability. Whether it’s sound, stage production, or overall live show experience, The Doubt has established themselves as one of the best kept secrets in the PDX music scene. They are joined by Neighbors and Mike Mannequin.
