Under the grounding influence of the Taurus New Moon—a time to slow down, reconnect with simple pleasures, and be at peace in the present moment—we gather for a High Vibe Sound Healing Meditation to rest, restore, and remember the beauty of being held!

Enjoy a brief guided meditation during the sound bath experience to help you soften and surrender, one body part at a time, to fully relax and soothe the Being.

Taurus invites us to slow down and ground into the comfort of now surrounded by the simple pleasures... So bring your fluffiest blankets and softest pillows, and let healing sounds wrap around you—nurturing you in the feeling of being deeply held.

(The studio does provide some cushiony mats, also yoga mats, blankets - but not fluffy... - and some cushions people use for the head and legs).

As her sole profession for 2 decades, Nicole Alcyon has combined her skills as a Hypnotherapist, Sound Healer – with over a dozen Singing Crystal Bowls, a chakra set of Tibetan bowls, 7 Gongs and other sound healing instruments – and her expertise on Chakra Cleansing/Balancing to create a unique and highly potent approach to therapeutic group sound healing sessions. The intention for these high vibrational Sound Healing Sessions is to provide the opportunity to strengthen our connection and alignment to our Higher Self and cultivate a deeper sense of inner peace, balance, and flow within our lives.

Nicole graduated from a year-long (in-person) Hypnotherapy program in 2004, and received very clear guidance to purchase a chakra set of the singing crystal bowls that same year. Upon playing her set for the first time, the idea of Hypno-Chakra Therapy was instantly "downloaded" in the mind and birthed into existence!

She has been facilitating private and group sessions & courses since 2004, and as an accomplished facilitator, she recognizes the importance of a sacred and energetically clean/safe place to release and integrate.
