Dan Haley -
🐝 Dan Haley is a fabulous multi-instrumentalist, exquisite songwriter and an essential part of Portland’s “East Side Sound” since helping to found Ed & the Boats in the 1980s. Dan has played an integral role in a myriad of bands and projects, such as with Lynn Conover & Gravel, the Rainworms, Tim Acott, and a slew of Laurelthirst Pub favorites. He coins his style as “rustic art-pop &jazz” but it is so much more than that. Dan is a true Portland icon.

🪷 Heather Straube - Heather Straube first started playing original songs around Portland in the early 2000s, going on to host a Songwriters in the Round at Produce Row, featuring exceptional singers and songwriters from the East side, such as Kris Deelane, Billy Kennedy, Lynn Conover, Bingo (Kevin Ritchie) and others. Heather’s style sounds like freightrain music, or folk, or pop-rock Americana (depending), telling stories to open the heart.

🎸 After 9, there will be time to play a few of your songs, if you like, or to jam, so bring an instrument and your big, fat heart!
Refreshments and potluck items welcome, as well as children. No dogs.
