Hey friends! Want to dance with me? How about some embodied movement pre dance!? Come join me for some fun creative movements to celebrate our beautiful bodies and the magical ability we have in them!

Cost of admission is the cost of dance $20 or a dance pass if you buy ten at once! We’ll stretch, breathe, shake even jump and dance! Let’s get gooey together and fully embodies for our dance journey that evening at the den 💞
