About the event

Qigong at the community center

Qigong means “ENERGY WORK”. A moving meditation enriched mindfully with breath and imagery, Qigong classes help you to expand your breath, heal your organs and connect with Self and Nature. Nourishing qigong forms are easy to follow and can be adapted for people dealing with acute or chronic needs and conditions. This is a free event, we recommend that you wear comfortable clothing.
