Partial Signals: A Computer Music Gathering

A monthly computer music gathering

A recurring gathering for those working in, around, and against the boundaries of computer music, experimental composition, and audio programming. Sessions will include short presentations, listening, and open discussion—offering space to share works-in-progress, explore tools and techniques, and reflect on the messy intersections of code, sound, and structure. Computers have introduced innumerable possibilities of sound generation and manipulation. Whether you're shaping sound with SuperCollider, mangling samples in Max/MSP (whether in or outside Ableton Live), or building your own tools from scratch, this is a space for mutual support, quiet nerding out, and occasional noise.

All disciplines, backgrounds, and experience levels welcome. Bring ideas, questions, and glitches. This is intended to be a space for collective and collaborative learning.
