Welcome to Port Veritas! We meet every Tuesday night in person at the Equality Community Center at 15 Casco St in Portland AND online. We typically end by 9:30 pm EST, but we have the space until 10 pm EST.
In person friends, please remain masked in the building. If you are reading, you may take off your mask only while reading.
The ECC has an accessible ramp at the North entrance, and three low steps with railings at the front entrance on Casco Street.

Rebecca Turkewitz is the author of the story collection Here in the Night, which was a finalist for the Maine Literary Award. Her fiction and humor have appeared in Best American Mystery and Suspense 2024, Best Microfiction 2023 and 2024, Colorado Review, Electric Literature, The New Yorker's Daily Shouts, and elsewhere. She is a writer and public high school teacher living in Portland, Maine. She loves cats, the ocean, and ghost stories.
