Sound Healing Restorative Yoga with Reiki

Join us in this special event to nurture your mind, body, and soul. Listen to a magical symphony of sounds created by Lisa using crystal bowls as you relax in Restorative poses guided by Carol.

Lisa will use a variety of instruments that are not just heard by the ears but felt in your body. These tones are believed to calm and repair the mind as well as reduce stress and anxiety, lower blood pressure, improve breathing and circulation, alleviate aches and pains, strengthen the immune system, and elevate the mood.
This will be a great way to realign from within. No yoga experience is needed and be sure to dress comfortably.
