Moonshake with 4AM and Ben Spalding

The Moonshake monthly residency continues at SPACE! International and local DJs, an immersive light show by C. Gilman, and custom sound design. Proper dance party vibes with mixes spanning house, footwork, disco, electro, dancefloor, techno, and beyond.

DJ, producer, booker, event organizer, educator, dj Dad, and-then-some - 4AM NYC has been an integral part of the New York Underground music scene for over a decade. Founding and running the beloved party series and radio show, Spiritual Mental Physical since 2017, they held down residencies at some of New York's finest venues, including Good Room, Public Records and Le Bain. They were mutha of the house at Brooklyn's fav lil misfit musical spaceship, Jupiter Disco between 2019-2023; and Eli Escobar's heavenly club, Gabriela from 2024-2025; championing both established, iconic artists and nurturing fresh new talent from all across the New York Underground scene-spectrum.

2024 saw them releasing music for the first time with Brooklyn-based label Air Texture via a compilation, IYKYK that they co-curated with their biz partner VARSHA - highlighting 19 different femme and nonbinary producers from across the globe. These days, as well as gigging all over Europe and the US, they're a resident DJ at Gabriela where they provide nights of music unbound by genre, dedicated to the dance floor, and ruled by a furious & vivid emotional spectrum. Their delivery is always uncompromising and energizing, passionate and sincere.
