About the event

Libraries After Dark - Hooked on Christmas
Glenelg Libraries is stitching together a Christmas tree made of granny squares, and we need your help!

The tree will be made of 6x6-inch squares, crocheted (or knitted) using DK/8-ply acrylic yarn and a size 5 crochet hook.

After the tree has gone on display, the squares will be made into blankets and donated to those in need.

Keen to contribute? Head to the launch of the project, drop into the Portland Library to craft in our cosy nook, or stitch up a storm at home and bring us your squares!

This is a free event. No bookings required. Everyone is welcome.
