Led by hosts and chefs from various cultural backgrounds, including women-owned small businesses, you'll cook and share authentic dishes, discovering the traditions and stories behind each meal.

This hands-on experience brings the warmth and vibrancy of Moroccan cuisine to life, inviting you to cook, learn, and share in the rich cultural heritage behind every dish.

With your host guiding the way, you’ll roll up your sleeves and dive into the art of Moroccan cooking, preparing dishes like Tajine and couscous, both indigenous North African dishes. You’ll explore the flavors of a slow-cooked Tajine, filled with tender meats, vegetables, and aromatic spices, alongside couscous, a classic accompaniment to Moroccan meals, made with fresh ingredients and served in the traditional way.

Beyond the food, this experience is about understanding how Moroccan cuisine brings people together whether through the ceremonial pouring of mint tea, the fragrant spice blends passed down through generations, or the communal style of dining that turns a meal into a shared experience.
