This month’s Member Circle invites you to reconnect with the pure, luminous power of your breath where you’ll be guided through The Elemental Flow Experience by Vega Del Soul. This breathwork experience combines some gentle movement and stretching, breathing rounds with extended exhalations, and a guided meditation to bring you into a state of deep relaxation and contemplation.
Rhythmic breathing has been scientifically shown to change one's brainwave states from beta to
alpha and even theta (Among many other incredible outcomes). In this brainwave state the brain activity changes and allows the participant to go into a deeper state of meditation. This breathwork technique can help open the heart, release energetic tension, and allow you to connect deeply with yourself.
As the season turns inward, this circle offers a sanctuary to rest, restore, and realign with your inner truth. The breath becomes medicine — clearing emotional residue, expanding awareness, and anchoring you in peace.
Expect moments of stillness, waves of release, and a renewed sense of clarity.
Please bring water, a journal, eyemask, pillow and something cozy to lie on as we journey together through the alchemy of breath.
