Tending the Fields of Love: A Relational Ecosystems Project Workshop

Each one of us is already immersed in an ecosystem of human connections, how do we orient our tending of them such that healthy forms of chosen family, village, and community arise organically?

This workshop will present principles and practices that support the embodiment of love at the most fundamental levels. Expect to engage with self-compassion and relational meditation practices that make co-regulation and attunement more accessible and clear, helping participants to find their own emergent language towards greater interpersonal well-being.
