FREE Concert in the Park

The International Children’s Arts Network (ICAN Radio) is thrilled to once again partner with Portland Parks and Recreation for a Summer Free For All event. This year, ICAN invites children and families to join us at Grant Park (NE 33rd Avenue & US Grant Place, Portland, OR 97212) at 6:00 PM on Saturday, August 16, 2025. Get ready for a wildly fun, laugh-out-loud dance party with Mo Phillips and the Spaghetti Pants Dance Band!

Known for their playful songs and high-energy performances, the band guarantees a hilariously good time for kids and grown-ups alike. Expect infectious beats, silly lyrics, and plenty of chances to dance like nobody is watching.
