Sautéed with our custom wicked spice

Classically made from scratch, tableside

Two 4 oz Filet medallions per person, served each way:
Sauce Bordelaise with wild mushrooms
Steak El Gaucho with lobster medallion, sauce bearnaise, asparagus
mashed potatoes
