Featured Speaker: Samantha "A Brave Sliver of Light" one-woman show

May 17th at 6 PM at True Colors, Samantha is performing her one-woman show, A Brave Sliver of Light, for the very first time.

The show is built around the structure of running a 100-mile ultra marathon, in a unique way of telling her story about the people and moments that have shaped her life. Over the course of about an hour, she steps into 10 different roles, exploring themes of addiction, abusive relationships, recovery, and the struggle to not be defined by past mistakes—or by what others have done to us.

Since this show is still in development, there’ll be a Q&A afterwards where you can ask questions and dive deeper into the story. This will give the community a chance to provide feedback on the show before it heads to CoHo Theater in July.
