Regional Community Roundtable (Pre-Conference Event)

Join us on February 24, 2026, for a Regional Community Roundtable held in Portland as part of the 5th Annual Construction Mental Health & Wellbeing Conference. This pre-conference gathering brings together workforce development leaders, educators, facilitators, and identity-based support organizations who directly impact the construction workforce.

Through facilitated, peer-to-peer conversation, participants will strengthen the regional support system by building connections across workforce, social services, and community resources that support total worker health - from job readiness to long-term mental wellness and recovery. The roundtable is designed to foster collaboration, increase mutual awareness, reduce duplication of effort, and create lasting relationships that benefit the broader workforce.

• Time: 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM. Session from 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM, with a networking lunch begining at 11:30 AM.
• Location: NECA-IBEW Electrical Training Center, 16021 NE Airport Way, Portland, OR 97230
• Lunch: Provided

This pilot roundtable will also serve as a model for future regional gatherings connected to the conference.
