CDP + CI Jam

Contemplative Dance Practice is an integration of dance and mindfulness; it was developed by Barbara Dilley. CDP will be an hour-long practice divided into 3 parts: meditation, personal awareness practice, and open space. The following hour will be a Contact Improvisation jam.

This is held as a creative space for all abilities and experience levels. Beginners are welcome and advised that there will be no technical instruction on what to do.

The door opens at 8:45. CDP begins promptly at 9 am. Come for one or both parts. If you only want to attend the jam, be at the door at 10 am.

CDP + CI Jam is facilitated by Carolyn Stuart (any) and Aether Noble (any). $10-20, cash or Venmo.
