We'll be taking advantage of the summertime and doing an outdoor meetup on Friday, August 22nd at Laurelhurst Park from 4:15-6pm.
This time we'll be offering the opportunity to play silly games including: "Feelings Freeze Tag," "Name that Modality," "Somatic Speed Friending" and other ridiculous, laughter-inducing and connecting games.
No requirement to play-- you can also just hangout and watch or chat with people on the sidelines.
Where: we'll meet by the large silver sculpture near the bathrooms on the north (Ankeny) side of the park. We ask that you arrive by 4:15pm as we might need to migrate to find a good spot for our group. If you’re running late, best to let me know so I can keep you in the loop in case we need to change spots.
What to bring: anything you want for comfort and enjoyment-- a blanket to sit on, drinks, snacks etc. Biz cards if you like.
RSVPs: There won't be a limit to the number of folx who can attend, but we’d still like an RSVP by email so we can have a sense of what to expect.
