Mondays are one of the best nights to learn West Coast Swing in Portland and 1st Mondays are Newbie Night! That means it's the perfect time for brand-new dancers to begin their journey.
West Coast Swing is a modern form of partner dancing stylized to current music trends (Pop, hip hop, R&B, Acoustic, Electronic, etc...). It's characterized by smooth movement and a versatile structure, allowing a wide variety of expressions and interpretations to diverse genres of music.

6:30pm - WC Swing Lv 1&2 (A/B/C) Series w/Phoenix
This series explores a comprehensive foundation of West Coast swing basics with a focus on connection and technique across 3 1-month modules (A, B, and C).
7:30pm - WC Swing Lv 1&2 (A/B/C) Series w/Jason**
This series explores a comprehensive foundation of West Coast swing basics with a focus on connection and technique across 3 1-month modules (A, B, and C).
** WC Swing Lv 1&2 (A/B/C) is a 3-month rotating series broken into self-contained 1-month modules (A, B, and C). Brand new students are always welcome on 1st Mondays and can start on any module.
7:30pm WC Swing Lv 3+ w/Phoenix
This class focuses on the finer details of West Coast Swing. Some days will refine technique, while others might work on expanding into more difficult patterns. At least one full completed cycle of Lv 1&2 A/B/C is required
8:30-10:30pm WC Swing Social Dance/Practica w/DJ Phoenix
This Social dance doubles as a practica! That means you are welcome to dance for fun and socialize, or use the time to focus on learning/practicing with others. Phoenix and Jason will be available to assist and answer questions.
