As you prepare for a night of good times, please make sure to take note of our clear bag policy. We enforce a clear bag policy at the venue, meaning regular purses will NOT be allowed. Concert guests can purchase clear bags from our Shokanas Gift Shop.

Don’t get turned away at the door! Ensure you have a clear bag to ensure a smooth entry into the event. This policy is an important part of our goal to ensure everyone’s safety and security.

You must be 21 or older to attend any concert or event.
Refunds will only be processed for canceled concerts or events. There will be no refunds for postponed or rescheduled concerts.

We offer early check-in on the day of the concert, starting at 11am.
