There’s a weight we carry when forgiveness hasn’t fully landed in our body & mind, one that speaks through tension in our chest, the tightness in our throat, reactive behaviors towards certain people & experiences or the loop of negative thoughts we can’t seem to quiet.

This evening is an invitation to lay that weight down for good.

As you step into the soft, grounding beauty of Benvoulin Heritage, you’ll be welcomed into a cocoon of safety & presence. The warmth of community co-regulating beside you is where we begin.

This experience is not for bypassing pain or forcing release. This is a safe container where you will make contact with the parts of you that are still holding on, whether it be grief, sadness, betrayal, anger, or the ache of not understanding why. Karlee will guide you inward with breath, awareness, intention, sensation, & connection to your body, mind, & to Earth Mother, & Creator.

You’ll be led through a channeled forgiveness ceremony, a sacred journey Karlee has previously only offered in intimate one-on-one sessions & is now opened for the collective. With community, our healing is amplified. This is unlike any other sound bath you have ever experienced before. With her guidance, sound medicine instruments, vocal activations, & light language, you’ll move through & clear old emotional debris & reclaim your authenticity, softer, clearer, & more whole.

This is a full-sensory experience designed to somatically process what’s been stuck, release what no longer belongs, & make space to receive your desires.

We’ll complete the evening in quiet integration, allowing space for stillness, reflection, & resonance to integrate in your nervous system.
