Youth & Family Day at the Indiana Dunes Birding Festival

Indiana Audubon is hosting a full day of FREE youth and family-focused birding activities on Saturday, May 17, from 9am-4pm CT during the Indiana Dunes Birding Festival.

Bring the whole family out for some free birding fun on Saturday, May 18 from 9am-4pm CT! The Indiana Dunes Birding Festival hosts this annual Youth & Family Day to celebrate all of our youth birders.

Activities include:
- Hourly youth bird walks
- Hourly crafts and workshops
- LIVE bird demonstration from Humane Indiana Wildlife
- Bird house box building (1 per family, while supplies last)
- and MORE!

This event is free and open to the public. Festival registration is not required. Participants must have an Indiana Dunes State Park pass or pay for daily admission.
