Release & Renew Workshop
Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or energetically blocked? It’s time to release, realign, and restore balance.
In times of challenge, deep release allows us to consciously move forward, while regular ‘soul-keeping’ helps nurture balance and clarity.
Join me on August 21st for a transformative Release & Renew ceremony where I will be holding space for releasing of what no longer serves us. Through using affirmations, intention setting, guided meditation, tapping, and more, we will gently let go of what we do no longer need. Before the workshop, you’ll receive a journaling exercise to begin the process.
After releasing, we will replenish our souls with uplifting energy through chakra dance, restoring flow, lightness, and renewal.

Why is energy release important?
Stagnant energy creates emotional and spiritual blockages, leaving us feeling stuck. Releasing allows energy to move freely, restoring emotional balance, attract positive experiences, bring inner peace and new opportunities.
Releasing old patterns deepens our connection to the universe, strengthening intuition and helping us make empowered decisions from a place of clarity.
