The Hub has a sanctuary of its own a perfect place for release and renewal.
Before the workshop you will receive a pre-workshop journaling prompt to begin your process of renewal.

Stagnant energy creates emotional and spiritual blockages leaving us with a feeling of being stuck. Releasing allows energy to move freely. When released we restore clarity balance and flow inviting peace purpose and fresh opportunities.
