Daily Ocean Moments

2pm daily gatherings to allow your nervous system time to rejuvenate and recalibrate - gaze at the sea and sky or dip a toe (or more or less) into the ocean. Join the cheer squad as they encourage the daily dippers to dip, dive, meander, float amongst the soothing and invigorating wondrous waves and remarkable ripples.
Currently we are gathering at the 2nd picnic table to the left of Sproat rd, Portarlington. Here we can access the lovely hot showers that sit behind the camp kitchen and playground 💚 Convenient parking in Sproat rd, 3min slow stroll to 2nd picnic table, then after your dip, a 2min slow meander to the hot showers behind the camp kitchen.
