Ranger Hike: Conservation Quest

Celebrate Endangered Species Day with a walk through Bishop’s Bog, a unique wetland ecosystem that provides crucial habitat for rare and endangered species, like migratory birds, carnivorous plants, terrestrial turtles, and more. During this hike, you will learn how wetlands help protect endangered species and about invasive species removal and conservation efforts taking place in the area. This hike is open to all ages, but please note that it is a four-mile hike through woods and wetlands. Please wear weather appropriate clothing and close-toed shoes for a comfortable experience.
