NAMI Southwest MI Family Support Group

NAMI Family Support Groups, offered by NAMI affiliates in communities across the country, are free, confidential and safe groups of families helping other families who live with mental health challenges. Participants join a caring group of people helping one another by utilizing their collective lived experiences and learned wisdom. The groups are facilitated by trained individuals, with the lived experience of caregivers of loved ones who struggle with mental health challenges. Attendees must be 18 or older.

Meetings are held every 4th Monday of each month (except on Holidays) at the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church. Address is 1747 W. Milham Ave., Portage MI 49024. Use the wooden office doors and go to the Peace Room at 6:30 pm.
