Community Yoga- All Donations go to The Bradley Jacob Down Foundation Back to School Event

Join Apral, a 500h Certified Yoga Instructor, for a supportive community hatha yoga class. Start with invitational sharing in a safe space to create and support community, then a hatha yoga flow, breath work, meditation, and intentional rest. It doesn’t matter if you’ve never practiced yoga or if you have been practicing for years, all levels are welcome and encouraged to come.

This month 10% of Donations will go to the Bradley Jacob Dow Foundation- Backpack event!

The Bradley Jacob Dow Foundation is a male mental health and domestic violence nonprofit in Kalamazoo. This year they intend to give away 200 backpacks in August to kids in need. They hope to fill the backpacks with school supplies, snacks and toiletries. Each backpack will cost about $16.30 and provide kids with the needed items before school starts.

More information for the backpack event will be shared once a date has been determined. It will be held at Ripple Effect Autism Inclusion Center, another wonderful nonprofit in the area.
