Learn how to sequence and lead your own yoga classes
Learn and practice in a community environment led by experienced and supportive instructors

Our intensive YTT (Yoga Teacher Training) course will meet daily June 2-27, 2025, Mondays through Fridays from 9am-6pm. (Exact hours are subject to change)

Our trainings are Yoga Alliance certified, and on completion you'll be able to get RYT-200 certification (the standard Yoga Alliance teacher certification).

-Yoga philosophy, history, and sacred texts
-The chakras and koshas
-Pranayama
-Mantras
-Mudras
-Ayurveda
-Anatomy
-Cueing and Sequencing Poses
-Safe Modifications and Use of Props
-The Business of Yoga
-Practice Teaching

We will include lessons on Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin Yoga styles
