World Stroke Day Information Event

Have you or someone you know suffered a stroke? If so, please share our event with them.
We are holding an information day with over 45 stroke specific local services that can help you.
We will have our partners there NPT WASP (Wellbeing After Stroke Project) from NPT MIND.
If you feel you need free mental health support after a stroke or a loved ones stroke you need to attend and get as much information as possible or sign up on the day.
Please put it in your diary Friday 24th October 10am to 4pm
