Final beach yoga session🧘‍♀️✨🫶🏼 -optional dip afterwards ✨🌊

Last of the season Beach yoga this week on Friday the 26th of september by cafe memo (not remo)🥰 arrive at 5.45 to set up, please read full details below 🥰🌅🧘‍♀️✨ hopefully we will be blessed with another beautiful session! if the beach is busy we will still be there but will look for a quiet spot, which I will post in the event and on the page within half hour of the event so keep an eye, it will still be big side though! with an optional communal cold water dip afterwards 🥰 led by a yoga alliance certified yoga teacher 🧘‍♀️ adults and children all welcome if well behaved of course 😉 so everyone can enjoy the flow 🍃 donation only, with a different chosen charity taking 20 percent minimum proceeds every session. As this is a public, demonstrative and outdoor event you are liable for your own safety and wellbeing, so please ensure you wear the correct clothing, bring some water, a mat and layers if needed ☺️ and also a towel if you intend to cold water dip afterwards 🌊 cold water dip totally optional 💕 💜 Session 45-60 minutes. Subject to weather, will be moved if winds are high or it’s wet for safety.
