We’re thrilled to invite you to our Grand Opening on Monday, December 1st from 5 p.m. – 9 p.m. at the Fire Hall Market!
To help us create a smooth and enjoyable evening for everyone, we kindly ask guests planning to attend to order tickets in advance through our website.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
We’ll be serving a special Grand Opening menu featuring an assortment of one-bite cold and hot appetizers, along with a selection of mini desserts—giving you a delicious preview of what PS We Cater offers for catered events.
The Hydrant will also stay open with us until 9 p.m., and we’re excited to welcome Frank Oliva (from the Knuckleheads), who will be performing for most of the evening.

Tickets are $30 per person + tax and can be purchased online at pswecater.com
Ordering in advance provides you with a digital or printable receipt to show upon arrival.
Walk-ins are welcome, but advance tickets help us prepare appropriately and keep check-in running smoothly.
