Tai Chi at the Gardens

Intention. Breath. Movement. Practiced together they cultivate peace and joy from within.

You are invited to join us! Tai Chi at the Botanical Gardens Wednesdays at 9 am. Come try a class, beginners are welcome. Gentle, fun exercise for all levels and ages.
