Yoga on Tap at Shellring Ale Works

Join us for Sunday Funday...the *Balance*-ed way;)

First, enjoy a 50-min flow style yoga class led held within the taproom prior to the brewery opening to the public at 12pm.

Following class enjoy an (optional) beverage of choice included with admission: beer, wine, seltzer or NA options also available.

Please bring your own mat or towel to practice on & come ready to move.
