WHO: Stephanie Rossi, the Planning Director for the Lowcountry Council of Governments (LCOG).
What: As we all know the region is growing and the roads are becoming more crowded with limited alternatives to vehicle travel. Palmetto Breeze and the Lowcountry Council of Governments (in partnership with the City of Beaufort, Town of Port Royal and Beaufort County) have been working with the consulting team RS&H to develop a Transit Master Plan for North of The Broad. The plan will serve as a guiding document to assist decision-makers in identifying and addressing the public transportation needs of the community. We look forward to sharing information on the plan and hearing what you have to say! For more info visit the website or view our fact sheet.
