Ferment Workshop: Hot Sauce 101

Get fired up for an afternoon of flavor, fermentation, and fun! Whether you're a hot sauce connoisseur or just curious about the magic of fermentation, this hands-on workshop is the perfect introduction to making your own small-batch, fermented hot sauce from scratch.

Led by Chef Cody of the pop-up culinary phenoms Rigby & Jayne, we’ll walk you through the basics of the fermentation process, explore pepper varieties and flavor profiles, and guide you as you chop, blend, and bottle your own custom creation.

Each participant will head home with two bottles: one ready to enjoy right away, and another to continue fermenting to perfection at home—just in time to turn up the heat at your 4th of July BBQ the following weekend!

Expect a vibrant, sensory-filled experience with plenty of tasting, learning, and creative play with flavor.
